My intention with starting a blog is to battle against depression by documenting, highlighting and persevering with all the things that make me happy.

As such there will be no coherent theme. Expect music, film, comedy and wrestling reviews and discussion, vegan recipes, updates on the success (or otherwise) of workouts and training and anything else that strikes me as interesting!

Or it will quickly die as I lose motivation. If this is still live in 2025 but the last update was in 2017 then don’t worry about me too much, I’m probably in the pub.
